The Golf Professional Staff at Heritage Bay would be happy to help you improve your skill level. We offer programs targeted to everyone from beginner to scratch golfers. Whether you are looking for private lessons, group instruction, clinics, or instructional social events there is a program perfect for you at Heritage Bay.

      Justin is a Southwest Florida native who graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University.  Just some of Justin’s outstanding experiences and accolades are as a competitive member of the FGCU golf team, being PGA Certified in both Golf Operations and Teaching & Coaching (accreditations that less than four percent of PGA professionals hold), competing in many PGA National Championships and qualifying for a PGA Tour event, and being the Coordinator of the Bobby Nichols Cup Charity Pro-Am Tournament, which raised over $1,700,000 in charitable contributions in one year! 

      Justin’s priority is providing the members and guests of Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club with a premier golf experience.  He believes in providing education and mentorship to develop a staff that is one cohesive unit. And he strives to bring a positive energy that sets the tone to consistently providing top tier service.

      Mark Antle has been at Heritage Bay since 2018. Prior to joining Heritage Bay, Mark worked for multiple clubs in South Florida including the Club at Quail Ridge, Copperleaf, and Quail West. He has also worked at top 100 Plainfield Country Club in New Jersey. Mark is a 2017 graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Golf Management, while at the same time obtaining his Class A membership status for the PGA. Mark is originally from Boynton Beach, Florida and has been in the Naples area since 2013.

      Mike was raised in southwest Michigan where at the early age of 8 he learned to play and love the game of golf. After attending Eastfield College, where his primary studies were marketing and management, Mike spent 25 years working internationally and domestically developing tech related products for multiple Fortune 500 and golf related companies. Mike has participated in multiple national amateur tournaments and events, some of his more notable wins include Whistling Straits and PGA West. After many years spent developing golf-related products, Mike decided to join the PGA. Since then, he has worked at Arcadia Bluffs and Arcadia South courses, two Top 100 Golf Courses. He has also worked at Naples Grande, Quail Village, Manistee National and Taylormade. Mike joined the Heritage Bay team in October and is excited to begin working with the membership to improve their golf games.
