Sergey Kashkin, Executive Chef of Culinary Operations
Chef Sergey believes that enjoyment of food starts with your
eyes and his dishes are artistic and elegant. He provides a combination of
presentation, texture and flavor that will satisfy your palate.
Chef Sergey is an active member of the ACF (American Culinary
Federation) and was the winner of Chopped at the Leading Age Convention in san Diego,
California. He got his passion for
cooking at an early age and went to culinary school in Moscow, Russia where he
studied a variety of cuisine such as European classic, modern, and fine dining
as a professional chef. In 1997, Sergey came to the US to discover a new life and
culinary opportunities. He has developed an impressive reputation through his
work in Naples finest clubs and resorts.
Todd Karaszi, The Cabana Executive Chef
Todd got his first job in the culinary industry at just 14
years old. He has steadily proven himself and worked his way up the ladder from
dishwasher, line cook, and Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Todd has been in Naples’ Club industry for
many years and said his favorite thing about working at Heritage Bay is the
family atmosphere his team has created; that it is nice working with people who
care about food and have the same goal of providing every guest with an
excellent culinary experience.
