When you purchase your home in Heritage Bay, you are automatically a member of Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club. There are no equity or deposits required.  The value of the home includes the value of your country club membership.  This is one of the benefits of a bundled community!

Heritage Bay is rich in amenities! You not only have access to a beautifully maintained 27-hole golf course, but also a state of the art aqua driving range, a spacious recently refurbished clubhouse, a variety of restaurants, tennis and pickle ball, lawn bocce ball, a resort-style pool and 5 additional satellite pools, a 24-hour manned gatehouse, a social calendar packed with fun and unique events and activities, a state of the art workout facility and much more!

Because all homeowners are also members of the Club, there is an innate sense of fellowship. Here, homeowners can be involved in the community and the Club's amenities as much or as little as they desire.
