Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club offers a 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness center that encompasses rejuvenation and healthy living. Members have card access to the facility from 5 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week, offering a full circuit of Cybex strength machines, True and Octane cardiovascular equipment, a Torque Fitness functional trainer and True stretching cage. Enjoy your workout while looking out onto our picturesque floating driving range as well as main pool and Chickee Bar.

Heritage Bay is also proud to have on staff Pam Ayers, a full time fitness director, certified personal trainer of 25 years and Titleist TPI Golf Fitness certified. Pam can design a personal goal program to improve fitness, sports performance, weight loss, or rehabilitation goals.

Aerobics classes are offered six days a week and include Zumba, Aqua Fit, Yoga, Yogilates, and Strength & Flexibility.

Our book exchange library is located in the fitness center as well.
