Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club offers a 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness center that emphasizes rejuvenation and healthy living. Members have card access to the facility from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week, offering a full circuit of Cybex strength machines, True and Octane cardiovascular equipment, a Torque Fitness functional trainer and True stretching cage.  Enjoy your workout while overlooking the picturesque aqua driving range and Clubhouse pool.

Heritage Bay is also proud to have on staff Pam Ayers as our Fitness Director.  Pam is a full time fitness director, a certified personal trainer of 25 years, and Titleist TPI Golf Fitness certified.  Pam can work with you one on one to design a personal program to improve fitness, sports performance, weight loss, or rehabilitation goals.

Take advantage of our new, state of the art spin room and join a variety of aerobics classes including Zumba, Aqua Fit, Yoga, Yogilates, and Strength & Flexibility.

The Fitness Center is also home to our book exchange library stocked full of your favorite classics and latest titles provided by members.
