*Allow 1-2 business days from the time the administrative office receives the signed and fully executed deed to complete the owner transfer of membership.
FOR TRANSFERS / LEASES:
Membership Transfer and Lease Information:
Members at Heritage Bay have the option to transfer the use of Heritage Bay amenities to their approved tenants. The Membership Transfer Fee is $325, payable to the Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, and the transfer must be for no less than thirty days. Separate approval is required from the appropriate property management company listed below. We ask at least 30 days’ notice for Membership Transfers. Please read the Rules and Regulations carefully, prospective Transfer Members will be asked to sign a form acknowledging that they understand and will comply with these Rules.
